Responsibilities Recruitment Conducting interviews, select the right candidate for right job as well as records them accordingly. Make smoothing the formalities for the new candidate Updating and review the description of the job regarding all the positions consistently. Prepare letters regarding offer and confirmation Accountable for conducting the first round of the telephonic interviews Regularly updating and maintainingmaster database such as personalfile, personal database regarding each worker. Conducting the exit interviews of the staff members and also accountable for recording them.
