earning potential, job growth, creativity, flexibility.

Human Resource manager are often consult to the top management of any firm. They are
the one who assist their firms to remain viable as they can attract top talent through the
recruitment the best employees for each and every position. They allow employees to develop
their talents and skills regarding enhance the productivity of the firm and Their own benefit.
Responsibilities
Recruitment
Conducting interviews, select the right candidate for right job as well as records them
accordingly.
Make smoothing the formalities for the new candidate
Updating and review the description of the job regarding all the positions consistently.
Prepare letters regarding offer and confirmation
Accountable for conducting the first round of the telephonic interviews
Regularly updating and maintaining master database such as personal file, personal
database regarding each worker.
Conducting the exit interviews of the staff members and also accountable for recording
them.
Providing benefits and compensation
Accountable for the monthly payroll and yearly form of the workers
To assure affixation regarding laws and regulations through liaising the agencies of the
government.
Follows the records regarding Statutory obligations such as ESIC, PF, taxes, bonus,
gratuity and many more.
HR Administration
Handling of the administration regarding all the temporary or contract labour
Describing and communication the policies of the HR to the staff members.
