Successful implementation of different types of changes inthe organisation it create opportunity to reduce chance of risk which are rise in future and it alsoaids to attain goals and objectives of company Samsung and Apple are the reputed companywhich deals with electronic sector and provide different types of electronic gadget.TASK 1P1. There are two types of drivers which impact on thevarious functions and operations of company. Such as internal, and external. Internal drivers ofchange related to technological capability, culture of organisation, manage and distribution offunds and many others. So far external drivers which are responsible for change are politicalcondition, economical condition technological environmental and many others. Samsung andApple are organisation of same sector. Both of these provide different types of electronic gadgetlike mobiles, refrigerators, home appliances and many others. Digitalisation plays a significantrole in implementing different types of changes in both the organisation. There are negative andpositive effect of digitalisation on both the organisation. Both of companies implementdigitalisation in order to explore business in the marketplace and also leads to attract hugenumber of customer in the marketplace.
