The study analyzed the motivation rewards and techniques used by Hilton hotel to retain its employees. The results showed that most employees believe that effective motivation helps in retaining employees for a long time, and monetary rewards are the most effective technique. However, it was found that Hilton is not using an effective motivation system, leading to a high employee turnover rate. Therefore, the study recommends that Hilton should use both monetary and non-monetary reward systems, adopt a participative management approach, provide training and development opportunities, and prioritize employees' health and welfare.
