organisation must manage their people along with their resources in order to make their abilities
stronger and also making the result in the terms of productivity are they going to achieving goals
and objectives in a proper manner full stop the human resource management development fees

systematically. Organisation like Jaguar and Land Rover company which is world's most
influence Automotive venture where HR process would be different rather than normal human
resources working process. As a HR practices follows in automobile company to recruiting
provide training and development, performance appraisal and more practices that only having
objective to generate better productivity by employees.
As per the automobile sector there is a most challenging and most challenging and
effective study required at the time of covid-19 situation, to maintain the social distancing as per
the guidelines of government many businesses get shut down because there was huge lack of
customer interaction and facing high rate of recession attrition and other negative outcomes stand
rates through the pandemic situation (Makedon and et. al , 2019). It is very difficult to spelling
cars and interact with customers during covid-19 situation where guidelines were very strict and
many automobile company started their business. On that basis Jaguar Land Rover making their
staff and customer safety assurance by implementing some covid-19 rules such as sanitizing
overall the office and showroom of vehicles and undertaking all the precaution to interact with
customers safely. All this guidance and precautions is undertaken by human resource
