the aspects or factors that are helpful in developing a strong relation with both the stated
elements: Mission – A company has a specific mission over which the company is highly focused
and works in an effective manner for marking a high level of achievements. Similarly,
ABC company is also centred on assessing the mission of becoming a source for the
other enterprises to attain professional and skilled individuals. Aim – It is evaluated that a company generally works for accomplishing goals and
objectives which are to be addressed by executing business functions in a better and
effective manner. The company's process is to offer a range of products and services in
order to gain market share and high form of revenue (Campbell and Knapp, 2013).

Likewise, ABC aim to be a strong recruitment and selection company. Thus, the cited
firm has created a department of conducting the perfect form of screening and examining
the business functions.

 Design or define : in this step first company has to define the objectives, procedure,
policy according to the requirement of the clients and work accordingly.
 Measure: in this the company has to see the present condition of the business, employees,
risks in the business. Collect facts and figures of their business.
 Analyse: in this ABC company has to see the facts and figures, problems and their effect
on the business. In this company has to find out the main problem in the process or
business.
 Improve:- after finding out the particular problem the company has to improve the
performance of the company. They have to give proper management to the employee so
they work accordingly. They have to do various kind of new experiments in the company
for effective working (Cavana, Corbett and Glenda, 2007). They have also done various
kinds of the survey with the company for proper management. They have to make a
particular standard to work in the future.
 Control:- in this company has to make regular watch to the process they improved for
maintains the quality. They take the regular feedback that procedure is properly working
or not.
3.2 Analysing the quality culture for to ensure continuous monitoring, evaluation and
development of the process
A culture is basically a soul of the organization. Quality culture meet quality standard of
the company which is very essential for success of the company. The culture mainly focuses on
the satisfaction of the employee and client of the company. The quality culture of ABC in
ensuring success is:-
 All work jointly:- in this all the employees, management and clients of the company
work together so design system would be developed. All the workers give equal
contribution to the company and they have their common goal so perfect system should
be evaluated will ensure in development of the company (Chaker and Jabnoun, 2010).
 Communication:- the communication in the ABC company is so good so it will be easy
for the company in evaluating the process and the process is perfectly implemented in
the company. The company should listen to all opinions of the clients, employee and
they can evaluate them.

 Equality: company should treated all employee equal. They give equal participation to
all the employees. Employees have equal rights in the organization. They correctly
identify all the skills of the workers so they can perfectly utilize them in development of
the company which takes the company to the success (Ellis and et.al., 2007).
 Perfect leadership:- a perfect leadership should be in the organization. A perfect leader
guides all the employees correctly which will ensure in monitoring and evaluating the
process.
 The company will not take all past success and failure into the consideration. The
company not look at is past system then the current system which has been changed can
be perfectly evaluated (Ding and Chai, 2012).

ABC company in recommending improvements have to adopt the Six Sigma model. This
method is used for improving the quality of the business. Model is based on the DMAIC(design,
measure, analyse, improve and control). Each phase of this model has important meaning which
leads to improvement in the company. Model also uses some statistical figure for making the
improvement. The quality of all the projects should be improved by adopting the Six Sigma.
This model helps in attaining all the goal and objective and improvement process in the company
(Francis, 2007). The model removes all the problems in the company and make the company
more productive. This model helps in making improvement by filling of the questionnaire.
Model also helps in saving the cost of the company.
Model helps in maintain the focus on their operation activity. Model leads to the zero
problems in the company. It is basically a system to identify the problem systematically and
work according to them. They work according to the demand of the customer. There are various

 The proper improvement was done in the company.
 The proper vision, mission and objectives are formed due to this model.
 Customers have less number of complains with the company.
 The company is having proper and standard policy to work.
 They have earned many gains and profit with the organization (Dey, Hariharan and
Brookes, 2006).
Every model is facing the positive and negative impacts. So ABC company also faces the
negative impact by adopting this approaches:
 Every organization has different policy and objectives so sometimes the six sigma
approach does not match to the company policy.
 Sometimes the company does not have an experience member to use and follow this
approach.
 The approach requires a huge amount of investment.
 The approach sometimes get a wrong fact which is very difficult for the client to get a

4.1 To carry out risk assessments as required by legislation, regulation and organisational
requirements
Risk assessment is basically a process to identify the risk in the company. As ABC is
recruitment company the risk assessment in this company is:-
1. Risk in this company:- the risk in this company is basically selecting a candidate who is
having a personal relation to other members.
2. The impact of this risk in ABC company: if a candidate is selected who is having
personal relationship with the other member in the company. They do not have skills
which is required for the job (Jackson, 2004). The impact of this risk is the company
would not perform better and the management has also to face the problem in regarding
to this. This risk also deals in delaying the work of the company as perfect skill is not
with candidate who is appointed for job.
3. Actions should be taken for this risk:- the company should have to make different kind of
the policy so the candidate who is having a relationship with another member in the
company is not appointed in that company. A desired candidate is selected for the job and
having perfect skills which is required for the job (Karim, Marosszeky and Davis, 2006).
The company has also taken the action if any wrong candidate is selected for the job they
immediately fired that candidate.

ABC company has to follow health and safety act and work according to this act. This act
aims at health and safety of the employee. The health and safety legislations is according to
factories act 1948 for health and safety of the employees working in ABC company. ABC
company uses the fire alarm system, no smoking sign boards for the employees, made
emergency exit gate for employee (Larson, 2015). The company has to give a written policy

regarding the health and safety of the employee while they join the office for the work. The law
which the company has to effectively applied in the work situation is:
 Health and safety act:- in this company has to make the environment which is safe foe
working of the employees. The company should take the responsibility of the worker
regarding the safety.
 First aid casualties: in this the company has to take immediate action if any employee is
suffered with accident. They immediate call the doctor. This law is also effective applied
in the company.
 Safety standards and working hours: the main aim of this act is to take full safety
measures for the employee. This act also reduces the number of accidents in the company
(Kossmann, 2006).
 Slip or trip: the company has to make policy regarding the slip trip of the employee
because it is most common accident which is happened in the organization.
This all are the rules which is effectively applied in ABC company for the employees.
4.3 Analysing a systematic review of organisational health and safety policies and procedures in
order to ensure they are effective
In order to carry out the systematic review of organisational health and safety policy the
company has first make to the policy regarding the health and safety followed by ABC company.
This policy helps the company in following terms:
 A healthy work environment is created.
 It reduces the accidents in the company (Lagrosen and Lagrosen, 2007).
 The efficiency of the company is increase regarding the work.
 Due to this policy the risk assessment in the company is low.
 This policy gives all the training and instructions regarding the act to the
employee.
 This policy also helps in increasing the profit for the company as the company
work environment is healthy.
 There is a perfect control regarding the health and safety of the employee by this
policy.
A systematic review is done by seeing the health and safety act regarding slip, trip and
fall of the employee. Company has to properly watch all the facilities in the company at regular

interval so their work is effective, The company has to adopt for the machines which make the
floor dry (Mok, Sparks and Kadampully, 2013). The company also has to make the regular check
to fire extinguisher and give regular service to that so they are properly working. The company
has also seen to the work equipment like computer, software, water management machine and
maintenance of these machines has to been done in 3 months.
4.4 Analysing practical application of health and safety policies and procedures in the workplace
The practical application of healthy and safety policies followed by ABC company is for
example regarding the slip trip and fall act, the practical application of health and safety policy in
workplace is to arrange for the people who work in the keeping of the house comes to the
company in office hours and keep the floor clean regarding the dust, water which causes the
accident (Reid and Bojanic, 2009). Other act which should practically used in the workplace is to
maintain the equipments which are used by the company for their work like computer, software
etc. they call the specialist for maintenance and sometimes also replace the computer whenever
required. The company has also to take the quality report of all the equipments on time to time.
So they can take the appropriate decisions (Zhang, Ouyang and Ning, 2010). Fire and explosion
act is also practically used in the company by regularly check to the fire extinguisher which will
available in the company. The company also checks the expiry date of each fire extinguisher and
monthly take the review of all.
CONCLUSION
The report is articulating about the importance of managing the business activities of the
entire team of organisational individuals. It is concluded that the working of the employees are
directly linked with the effectiveness of business to accomplish the set of desired form of
objectives. It has become vital for an enterprise to handle a perfect hold on their business
functioning processed by the managerial aspects. In addition to this, the report is giving a wide
information about the significance, structuring and implication of managing theories and
approaches that are helpful in overcoming the threats and issues faced by the company in context
