INTRODUCTION
People management is process which refers to it is also known as Human resources
management which refers to managing employees in that way to enhancing profitability and
productivity of company as well as providing various training programmes and skills in order to
providing motivation and encouraging towards the work so it is beneficial for employees as well
as organisation (Ashdown, 2018). The report is about Tesco which refers to situated in United
Kingdom and they are dealing in wide range of products and services which result as attracting
large numbers of customers. It is one of the leading supermarket chain in UK which effectively
adapting the HRM practices in order to achieving organisation goal and objectives. The paper
consist is the analysis the various challenges and issues which are faced by organisation due to
COVID -19 situation and many others. It includes HR department plays vital role in order to
providing training programmes for employees as well as performance management. It includes
adapting the various theories and models which result as enhancing productivity and profitability
of company.

theories which are helps to development of team such as Tuckman's team development model. In
relevance o organisation, it involves this models has different steps and stages which are
essential to follow such as
