Therefore, this discussion chose visionary as well as instructional leadership to run a school. •This presentation uses a combinational of both visionary as well as instructional leadership. •Visionary leadership is a fusion of three types of leadership styles including Coaching, democratic, and affiliated leadership. Whereas, instructional leadership is the curriculum of management with effective movement of school that can become a key to successful school leaders and principles.
