Leadership • Leadership is a way through which a person
can influence the behaviour of the people
and direct then in such a way that they can
achieve the desired goals.
• Educational leaders often plays in
transforming the reputation, attitude, and
climate of the schools. Leadership style used
by the high authorities make huge
differences in the results.
• With effective leadership style, school will
employ effective incubators of places, and
learning where the students have not only
excelled in education but are also
encouraged and nurtured.

Importance
of
leadership
• Effective school leaders will be able to make
effective learning environment.
• Efficient leaders are able to resolve the
complex issues through which they can
inculcate strength and empower the
students to take risk and innovative that will
enhance their creative thinking.
• Although, there are several types of
leadership types in order to run the school
but in order to find the mot effective one.
One needs to evaluate different leadership
styles in relation to school (Anderson, &
Wallin, 2018).

• No one leadership is effective for the success of the school. Therefore, this
discussion chose visionary as well as instructional leadership to run a school.
• This presentation uses a combinational of both visionary as well as
instructional leadership.
• Visionary leadership is a fusion of three types of leadership styles including
Coaching, democratic, and affiliated leadership. Whereas, instructional
leadership is the curriculum of management with effective movement of
school that can become a key to successful school leaders and principles.
