INTRODUCTION
Personal leadership is defined as the ability to define a direction of leadership and life
and moves in the direction consistently and with clarity (Dong and et.al., 2017). When someone
practices personal leadership than leads from inside as well outside. Present report lay emphasis
on the Harris hall leadership about various objectives, create values as well as maintain a
particular form of culture. These culture as well values have unique features from various
organisation .which can bind the entire organisation in a particular circle. All these effects on the
leadership as well as the managerial activities within the organisation.

Time management and organising and action planing are both necessary for delivery of
vision and strategy, also people management skill such as creating motivational environment for
staff members. They also have change management and innovation skills and in addition to this
have possessed good communication skills like listen actively, communicate in difficult
situation.

organisation vision and strategy.
Impact of business values- every organisation follow some business values as well as
norms and leaders have to follow to lead an organisation for a standard position. That is why
managerial tools have set according to the requirement

 Autocratic- where objectives of the organisation is unclear to the staff members, here
leaders being autocratic as follows and forced to follow what leaders say (Hezlett 2016). Bureaucratic- here leaders focussed moire on the achievements of the goals and
objectives than to the staff members' motivation (Holt, 2016).
 Democratic process-objectives of the organisation is to motivate the employees and as
other clear to them and also inspiring them. Here leaders give the opportunities to the
staff member to involve in the decision making process.

Effective training -training provides the employees to enhance their skills and develops
it .through training session employees can remove their weakness and work effectively which

individual project .otherwise various demands creates confusion on and lack of cooperation.
Thus create as common vision (Mendenhall And et.al., 2017).

Brainstorming-it is an approach which can generate new ideas around a particular area of
interest. Here a group of people meet and generate new ideas as well as they able to think freely
and create numerous of new ideas.

focusing a situation from a unique way. it is the ability to think creativity. it can explain
alternative, focus ,challenges ,harvesting as well treatment of ideas.

Various stakeholder have various interest such as attitudes as well as priorities .effective
communication ensures better understanding goal of an organisation, creates strong stakeholder
as well positive relationship .such as communication with investor as and shareholder helps to
attract the finding for the important investment .by using social media can also spread messages
as stakeholders that will share attitude with others. Communication must also focuses on the
stakeholders who have great sake of interest .stakeholders communication can give the easily
access to the funds .stakeholders must understand that what an organisation tries to achieve and
help the employees as well labour unions.

Benefits of review performance provides an opportunity for the development and
performance, here to discuss future targets as well objectives .in addition to this also consider
personal and career development. Employees Of the company become more alert and responsive.
They can add values about what is happening in the past. Positive reviews can built the trust to
the staff member and also make them loyal towards the company. Both the positive and negative
reviews can help to improve the quality and quantity of the business (Redmond and Dolan, 2016)

as well as existing employees .we have a dedicated team managers where i can discuss my needs
.i can also do my own research to learn about the topics so that i can know about them from
Internet.
Managers-the best source of getting support and learning is my manger, i examined
regularly with him to discuss any training which i need or he thinks it will benefit for me,i have
also regulated professional discussions as well annuals appraisal(Mendenhall And et.al., 2017).

as earlier i am weak in time management skills as well as problem solving skills. now
from the above activity i feel improvement in time management which helps to reduce my time
wastage as earlier did. Now i can work timely .but i feel more improvement in the problem
solving skills as i am not 100 % improvement through above activities .i have to take more helps
from my senior mangers and seek advice from my colleagues.
CONCLUSION
it is summarised from above study that personal development is necessary for the
personal growth as well as for the growth of the organisation .report mentioned certain theories
which helps in leadership and enhanced the management skills such as grid theory as well as
situational leadership theory and also develops the personal development plan for measures the
weakness through various activities such as problem solving.
