Developing manager is very important aspect to manage each and every aspect of the
company. It assists to gain high profits and positive outcomes at workplace. Managers are

good managerial skills. I can motivate them and can lead them well. That is why staff
members are very supportive and they share innovative views with me. My current

From the above report it can be articulated that different business adopts distinctive
management style in which they are convenient to perform various objectives and goals of
the company. Manager lead with situation to enhance profits and effective results at
workplace to set objectives and targets which assist to make high profits within Jamie Oliver
Restaurant. They are using participative style through they can easily take decisions with
taking views of their employees towards the business objectives. On the other hand, Hilton
hotel take autocratic style to manage their activities without taking views and ideas of
employees for firm. Furthermore, it can be summarize that the cited firm motivate their
employees to taking their participation for business objectives and goals at workplace.
Hence, they can easily manage target and objectives at workplace which can be assist to take
their participation. At last, it concluded that career development program is very important
aspect to manage business activity and targets to achieve the better results at workplace.
