Manager lead with situation to enhance profits and effective results at workplace to set objectives and targets which assist to make high profits within Jamie Oliver Restaurant. They are using participative style through they can easily take decisions with taking views of their employees towards the business objectives. On the other hand, Hilton hotel take autocratic style to manage their activities without taking views and ideas of employees for firm. Furthermore, it can be summarize that the cited firm motivate their employees to taking their participation for business objectives and goals at workplace. Hence, they can easily manage target and objectives at workplace which can be assist to take their participation. At last, it concluded that career development program is very important aspect to manage business activity and targets to achieve the better results at workplace.
