The BBQ management has set its sight in expanding the business operations by establishing
an e-commerce system that possess the ability of increasing the business sales that can
improve the overall business sales. There are certain number of stakeholders that have the
requirement in place which should be taken into the account for any form of risk management
procedure. The legislators and the regulatory bodies are considered stakeholders in any kind
of risk management procedure. Certain forms of laws have been put in place to make sure
that both the organizations and individuals satisfy the minimum standard of care to make sure
that their activities do not lead to harm or loss to others. Any form of breach of laws might
lead to penalties.
