(Salim, 2017). As with the context of Tesco plc which is largest and most reliable retailer
company in United Kingdom based where it deals to deliver the goods and services of groceries
to fulfil et customer needs and requirements. They focuses to their customers which can afford
this much of quality of service and the role of operation management is play an effective role
which make this organisation efficient and strong among all the competitors.

The word operation management is an administration of business practises which
generates the high and effective level of competence workforce as well as systematic managerial
activities which it would provide productivity and work culture in terms of discipline where it
develop efficiency (Kestenbaum, 2019). By the belonging to this operation and management
theory the leaders and managers play an role in the organisation with different designation by it
create the work hierarchy premises in the organisation by setting up the objective to work it on
from the employees and superiors.
Leaders: A Leader is inspiring personality which motivates the morale values towards
the particular subjective topic to employees or others for accomplish the organisational goals. A
appointed leader having a effective skills of communication, decision making regarding to
handle as well as motivate them for focuses in the performances which provides the better
outcomes as aspects of organisational goals (DHANABHAKYAM, 2017).
Managers: A manger is artificial individual who has undertaken the responsibility to
control and manage all the managerial as well organisational activities which implement within
the organisation. The role and responsibility of manger is to observe the work culture is pursuing
in an appropriate manner, where manager are only resource provider to employees which they
can optimum utilise amount of resources.
