Main aim of this report is to identify duties andcharacteristics of employer and in addition leader. Some essential elements can influencejudgemental procedure of M & S, straightforwardly or indirectly, therefore it is must for managerto maintain or control these sorts of components.TASK 1P1 Roles and characteristics of leader and managerFundamental role of leader is to inspire their staff members, thus they can perform theirwork in an effective as well as efficient way.
