intern operation department is liable for designing or dominating the entire activity of production
for making quality products (Strande and Brdjanovic, 2014). It increase efficiency inside of the
company and also deliver values to customers for attaining their satisfaction. Under this report,
chosen company is Marks and Spencer, which is famous British multinational retailer
headquartered in Westminster, London. It specialises in selling clothing, luxury food products
and home products in over the world. Report is going to define leaders role and function of
management in organization. Different leadership theories and key approaches of operation
management is also discussed in this report which help in achieve set organizational goals and
