INTRODUCTIONManagement is analysed as important process that involves planning, organisation andcoordination of important business roles and responsibilities for accomplishment oforganisation's vision, mission and objectives. All the professional and organization al activitieswithin the management of individuals getting together for delivering the desired goals andobjectives to effective use resources efficiently and to complete action (Trucker, 2012). Inpresent report, analysis various management style have been done which can be applied bymanager in Hilton hotel. It is British hospitality sector organisation and also has its businessoperations in other countries. Various important characteristic of leadership have been discussedalong with the evaluation of communication process in Marks and Spencer. Further,organisational culture and change in organisation are also evaluated. In this report, various ownmanagement skills have been determined along with analysis of personal strengths weaknesses ,opportunities and threats. Task 11.1 Comparison of different management stylesManagement is identified as process that is implies to organisation and coordination ofactivities of a business in order to achieve defined objectives. It is also identified as task thatneeds to be performed by professionals and employers to direct, manage and sustain businessoperations.
