INTRODUCTIONManagement is the important concept that helps to target several people in systematicmanner. In this aspect, different activities and tasks have been promoted to make program andincreases creativity at workplace (Schermerhorn, Davidson and McBarron, 2014). In order tofocus on the present report, it covers different management styles. Furthermore, it includesleadership characteristics to develop systematic work program. TASK 11.1 Different management stylesIn the business, there are several kinds of management styles adopted to make proper studyand development program as well. Following are comparison of the different management styles:Autocratic: This style is also known as the strict management activity (Monczka,Handfield and Patterson, 2015). As per the choice of certain extreme environment,workers increases creativity to make facilities and growth. It also develops substantialplanning, communication and oversight costs. Democratic: As compare to autocratic, in the democratic employees take part toaccomplish their desired results and outcomes in systematic manner. Therefore, allmembers are taking part as the participative role in the decision-making process (Tile,Helfet and Kellam, 2015). Laissez-faire: On the other hand, Laissez-faire style considered as the economic systemin which transaction between private parties considered. In this way, parties of thebusiness able to take their decisions freely without any interference. Further, this stylealso helps to make innovative results in the business through implement creative resultsat workplace. In order to focus on the systematic work performance, all employees needto be kept free so that aims and objectives will be attain in this aspect for positive resultsand outcomes (Monczka, Handfield and Patterson, 2015). 1.2 Leadership characteristicsIn respect to develop systematic work performance, leadership includes different types ofcharacteristics.
