INTRODUCTION
Management is nothing but the technique of organising as well controlling various
operating occurring in an enterprise. In order to do so, it is important for all organisations to hire
skills and qualified managers and provide them responsibility of handling every activities in
efficient and effective way. The current report is designed on the ground of Radisson Blu which
is a famous firm which is dealing with hospitality sector at global level (Pettit, Fiksel and
Croxton, 2010). It was established in the year of 1960 and are currently working in more than
350 locations. In this project different styles of management is going to be described. Apart from
this, process of communication is also evaluated hereby.
TASK 1
1.1 Comparison of various management styles
There are different kinds of management styles which are some how variant from one
another. This can be cleared by below written points. So, referred organisation needs to
concentrate on this concepts and adopt appropriate style as per their requirement. Differences
between several kinds of styles of mangers are mentioned as follows :
