life by which I can make development in some areas by which I can accomplish my all
predetermined aims and objectives effectively in my life. Moreover, this assignment also define
about review of my career and personal development needs, current performance and future
needs in order to formation of personal development plan appropriately.

(A)Management: Management is the process of coordinating and organisation of the
essential activities of the business in effective manner in terms of accomplishment of
organisational goals and objectives effectively. Management is mostly concerned to about to
effective handling of all departmental activities in the business effectively in order to organise
business activities in effective way, so the company's short-terms and long-terms objectives
could be accomplished effectively.

Autocratic style of management:
IN these kinds of management style, the top management of the group does not consider
as the thoughts and appropriate proposition to their subordinates executives in the management
