Introduction
Human resource activities and practices are very much important for an
organisation to deal in effective manner such as recruitment, selection,
training and development. With help of these practices organisation can
be able to get right kind of outputs from their human resource to reach
at desirable goals and objectives in better way. So planning and
execution of each and every attribute and functions of human resource
should be necessary for an organisation to deal in effective manner.

Aims and objectives
Research Aim: “How do multinational companies improve the
recruitment, selection and training of their employees to meet
International requirements” ?
Research objectives:
• To analyse the importance of implementing changes in
recruitment, selections and training practices in an organisation.
• To evaluate the methods of recruitment and selection.
• To analyse how an organisation can meet international
requirements of consumers by improving their recruitment,
selections and training practices.

Literature review
 What are the importance of implementing changes in recruitment,
selections and training practices in an organisation.
As per the view of Paul Slezak (Reasons You Need A Recruitment And
Selection Policy 2016), changing in Human resource practices are very
much important for an organisation to remain always competitive in
world. In that perspective it provides suitability, consistency and legality
in competitive work environment.

Research analysis/ methodology
A research methodology is an systematic plan for conducting the
research. It can be draw kinds of methods that are qualitative and
quantitative methods in which includes experiments, survey research
and observation with questionnaire.
In that particular research project quantitative and qualitative both kind
of data and statistics should be used with primary and secondary data to
get accurate results to achieve organisational goals and objectives. With
12 respondents should be chosen from large population.

Recommendations
From the above research project it has been recommended that research
should be conducting after taking large no. of sample size with random
sampling method so that accurate results should be accomplished. With
samples should be taken from the large population with project should
be future oriented that proved beneficial for every kind of research
project to deal in effective manner to get desirable goals and objectives.

Conclusion
From the above research project it has been concluded that it is very
much necessary for an organisation to conduct research and
development before implementing changes. Organisation have to plan
and coordinate each and every attribute in proper way such as Gantt
chart and WBS to accomplish tasks in pre determined time frame. So it
is very much important to plan and coordinate each and every attribute
before going global to remain always competitive in marketplace.
