According to audience’s respective company must adopt new as
well as innovative technology and procedure for conducting human
resource practices because through it they able to conduct their business
properly. Along with this, it will also help them in enhancing productivity
and reducing employee’s turnover ratio.

Recommendation
In order to improve business, recommendation provided to Nestle for improvement is that
they should follow rules and regulation while implementing recruitment, selection and
training in business. It is also recommended to Nestle to include their staff, employee and
manager for making decision related to HR practices in best possible manner.
It has been recommended that company should choose combination of internal
and external recruitment techniques so that effective employees can be hired. It has been
also recommended after investigation that, this company should stay with their existing
training technique which is on the job training so that their employees can gain effective
skills.

Conclusion
As mentioned presentation it has concluded that organisation should
improve their recruitment, selection and training practices for meeting
international requirement. They should hire capable and skilled
employees and staff for better work performance. Through which they
able to conduct their research in proper manner that leads to effective
outcome.
