Organising refer to the designing to the functions and establishing the structure ofemployers and creating the relationship between the workers to carry out the work determineby the planning function. ABC company motivating the peoples for placement and give theopportunity to achieve the carrier goals. Controlling ids the last activity in the businessfunctions to control the all functions according to the groups.
