Collective efforts of the managers and employees can support to theorganisation to achieve business objectives. Management of the business activities can be basedon the situations, needs of the organisations so it is essential for the company to make a propermanagement in the business activities by which they can make an improvement in the profit,revenues and customer satisfaction. Management and leadership is having significant role inorganisation to manage their employees and as well as to make better working policies. Thepresent report is based on the ABC company which is a recruitment company working in theUK, they are having different types of management problems which is affecting on their businessand revenues also. So they have to make a proper management in the organisation and as well asthey have to make a process map which help to them to analyse improvements in their process.The below presented report is having focus on the organisational structure and improvements init, SMART objectives and monitoring of the activities to ensure the quality standards has mate. As they are having management problems so it is

essential for them to manage their business activities and employees in aproper way. Organisational structure chart is presented under here whichgives a detail of the different types of management level;Sources; Organisational structure of ABC, 2017.Managing director of the company is having the top position in the companywhich are having a responsibility to make better working policies and makebetter decision for the organisation, after it they are director andoperational & recruitment manager which are liability to manage theiremployees according to the working policies (Welch and et. al., 2011). Atthe last they are having different departments which are having their ownresponsibilities and objectives.As the company is working the recruitment and selection process sothey are having different departments which are having their own roles andresponsibilities e.g. receptionist, data/ talent unit, documentation, secretaryand recruitment co-ordinators so these all are connected with each otherand they have to work with the proper co-ordination, currently they are notworking properly which creating an impact on the business revenues andeffectiveness to provide results to the customers. The above levelmanagement is not having proper control on them so it is essential for themto make a proper communication to resolve their issues and problems inbetween them.
