INTRODUCTION
Management of business activities is considered as the most prominent task under which
corporation integrate all related activities and focuses upon delivering good quality of services to
large number of buyers. It enables business to focus on expansion plan and improve the
performance of the business in accordance with demand of the situation. Present report is based
on ABC Company; a recruitment company which provide services as per the demand of the
clients (Alvesson, 2012). Managing business activities is considered as the procedure that lay
emphasis on the successful and resourceful planning and it assist in management of the work
associated activities for attainment of the targets and objectives. On the other hand it includes
several functions like operations, marketing, production, sales, finance as well as administration.
This has been assessed that all the activities within the firm are interconnected with one another
thus it is significant to perform in sequence (Archer and Yuan, 2000). Further, organizational
structure has been explained to evaluation the international relationship between different
functions and processes. In addition to this, appropriate system has been explained through
which objectives of the business can be met effectively. Apart from this, quality culture helping
the continuous monitoring and evaluation as well as development of the process is demonstrated.

According to the given scenario, ABC Company is facing issue related to poor
management and it has become the reason of the reduction of thousands of jobs and delay in the
operation. Owing to this, it is important to shed light on the structure of the business and bring
improvement accordingly. Here, corporation performs different kind of functions such as
recruitment, selection, organizing and staffing (Bajec and Krisper, 2005). This is helpful for the
company to carry out the operation activities effectively and accomplish the purpose of the
business in a most effective manner. As per the given chart of the organizational structure,
department such as HR, marketing, finance and operation. Along with that, research and
development is also very important. It facilitates business to handle the respective responsibility
and address the issues which are being faced by the firm. For this purpose, it is important for the
business to accomplish the related activities of marketing (Covello and Merkhoher, 2013), HRM

and finance effectively. However, these particular functions are completed by adopting the
suitable procedure. The defined procedure contribute towards catering the requirement of varied
parties and increase the satisfaction level of clients in an effectual manner. Moreover, HR related
activities are more important under the ABC Company through which expectations of client is
met by using the most suitable strategy. Here, more standard practices are applied for offering
training among personnel and addressing their issues (Cummings and Worley, 2014). Apart from
this, marketing of the company should be done effectively by using suitable mode of
communication thereby organization attract more clients and address issues which are being
faced by them. In this manner, processes and functions of the ABC Company is interlinked to
each other. This leads to create brand image of the business and support company to deliver good
quality of services to clients.
1.2 Justifying the methodology to be used to map processes to ABC company's goals and
objectives and drawing a process map for a function
The methodology used for the completing the function is completed in several steps. It is
designed in accordance with aim and objectives of the business so as to cater requirement of
parties and retain them for longer time span. It can be assessed that ABC Company possesses
effective mission regarding matching the specific needs and demands of clients. Hence, in regard
to achieve this objective, it helps firm to comply with the set objectives and aims (Feigenbaum,
2002). Therefore, it is essential for cited firm to recruit skilled workers for carrying out the
assigned task. It is essential for business to develop process map for carrying out the function of
recruiting skilled employees and thus attain desired goals and objectives.
With the help of such process map it helps in carrying out number of actions and thus ABC
Company helps in attaining desired objectives so that carrying out effective function. Thus,
complying with such type of process it helps cited business to meet with the expectations of
customers and fulfil their needs. Thus, selecting such methodology helps firm to execute their
operations and then attain set targets so that set results could be attained (Ferrell and Fraedrich,
2014). ABC Company assists in following ethical recruitment and selection process so that
