recruitment firm of UK market. From the past few years, they are suffering loss due to poor
management and the inadequate leadership.
For overcoming these issues of the business, present report covers organisational
structure and culture which determines relationship between different process or functions of the
company. Furthermore, it also demonstrates the culture which needs to be monitor for quality
standard and development of ABC Company. In addition to this, report describes the health and
safety regulations which are applicable in different situations of enterprise. At last, it carries plan
which practical application of health and safety policies in the chosen organisation.
