Pantelidis, 2018). Explanation of the same is given below :- Scores on the doors – It is the Grading style which is given to the food and beverages
company on the basis of their hygienic as well as safety inspection of the business. In
scores on the doors regulatory inspections outcomes published as an inspection,
compliance summary and grade or score is published. AA Rosettes – This is the grading style in which inspector of hotel and restaurant that can
be internal or external award individually. Michelin stars - It is the hallmark given to the restaurant on the basis of their fine dining
quality at national or international level.
Hotel stars – For hotel star rating scale is utilising which is based on the quality of food
and services offering by them. It involves 1-star, 2-star, 3-star, 4-star and 5-star.
Hotel star grading – In the hotel company grading to them are given on the basis of stars

average, rooms are well lit and furnished. Three – Star: Three-Star hotels provides good ambience of room with well decorated
lobbies that satisfies customers. These hotels generate business by providing accessibility
to the people because they are located near the express highways, business areas,
shopping malls where people can reach easily. The hotels offer food services that through
availing medium size restaurants such as breakfast to dinner. Two – Star: They are smaller hotels which are managed by the proprietors and they

manage their work according to the shifts so there will be no chances of conflicts in the
business. Moreover, it is the duty of professional to communicate with the staff members
and provide them method as well as standard of cooking. Most important is that training
is required to telling who to behave or deal with customers. Professional, leaders and
