projects. TSK Bearings Limited aims to deploy this product lines and operations which comes
infer the manufacturing projects category. TSK Bearning seek for entering new Asian market
with their latest product offering (Culmsee and Awati, 2012).

The management of scope refer to the output and input process which can be manipulated
and controlled. This is the procedure that a project scope is maintained and make certain that
practices will be attained within defined time. Initially, analysis and determination of proper
training and development program is required. Here are mentioned some techniques to present

should not be delayed. Otherwise the organisation has to face the consequences in whole project
regarding their completion on due date.

The achievement of project can be determined in various ways. Here are some of them
mentioned under:
Time: The machinary manaement and tools require and render effective training which
will consume 12 months time period for knwoledge tranferring need to finsih by March 2018.
Objectives: Company aims to attain competitiveness in market for business expansion.
Management decided to purchase new machinery and building at North-East coast of England .
So, implementation of new technological machinery can help in this.
Quality: Purchase of new technology helps in better performance of employees which
results in providence of quality work.
Budget: A project completion within the allotted budgets can lead to success which is

Satisfaction of Consumer: Client satisfaction is the coherent indicator for successful
project completion. This is very essential for company.

implementing research and development activities, company production process is going to
emerge in an effective manner.
Recognition of goals- The breaking down of project in the smaller factors which help in
establishing objectives and goals for each segment that has to be achieved by project manager.
WBS main objective is to build a new team which are able to manage latest technology in the
new production sites for TSK Bearing. The company needs to recognise their business goals and

act accordingly so that they also improve their sustainability. However, this can be said that the
company managers require special knowledge for making the business sustainable and reliable.
Determining task- For achieving the major goals, there are different type of task which
are undertaken by employees for gaining the same (Jerbrant, 2013). To increase a competent
workforce for new production site. HR department of the firm has to lay down the series of tasks
which must be carried out for achieving the same. An organisation need to domain which select
workers from current workforce and hiring remaining workforce by using online platform. For
achieving the pre-determined goals of the firm, company’s managers and top level authority will
identify their task in an effective manner.
Team development- The workforce requirements have been completed the team building
practices which are carried out in proper manner. All the people main roles and responsibilities
comprising team are provided. Groups or teams are lead by project manager. They work together
so that they build string relationship with each other and reach with the common goal. The
manager will develop their team in such a manner so that the team members will work in any

organisation. Supervising and monitoring can be work by trainers who effectively performing
