Human resources have the responsibilities to recruit and select new employees who have the
potential to execute all the working in effective ways. United Parcel Services are one of the
leading company who are dealing in parcel services. They have faced many problems like
leadership and management (Adamou, 2017). This results in losses for firms thus they have
planned to adopt new recruitment and selection policies in order to solve the issue. This report is
based on recruitment and selection plans, impact of leadership and team management.
TASK 1
1.1 Confirmation for selection and hiring process for the new staff
The Selected firms should focus on maintaining records of all the workers who are
involved in performing business operations. This helps in analysing the present workforce who is
employed by firms. The selecting and hiring process are linked with choosing the right people
who can perform business operations in order to achieve good results. This can be achieved with
the help of job description as described below:
