INTRODUCTIONMarketing is the systematic process through which entities create values for customersand develop strong relationship with them. This management process supports the firms inidentifying, satisfying clients in order to earn more profit. Present study is based on YourDestination company (Richards, 2015). It is specialised in providing industrial leveltransportation facilities. Since last three years company is growing well in London and Essex.Now it is planning to expand its business in Manchester, Newcastle, Glasgow and Aberdeen.Current assignment will discuss role and responsibilities of marketing officer and operations ofmarketing department. Furthermore, it will compare 7P's of Your Destination with NationalExpress. In addition, it will produce marketing plan for the nationwide expansion. Itsupports in gaining attention of mass audience by providing them satisfactory products andservices (Mooney and Slobodian, 2016). It is essential for marketing officerthat to fulfil their responsibility in effective manner.
