Introduction
Movie store is one of the E-commerce websites that offer the provision of photographs
collections, movies memorabilia, and posters, TV series, Music and sport among other well-
known entertainment globally. Movie store aim is providing online platforms that help their
customers to be able to buy their products at any time everywhere (Muniz, 2016). In these
websites, the customers can view the products available which range from popularity to the
newest arrival. For a customer to place an order, he or she must be registered with the E-
commerce website. In this case, the movie store website is acting a link between the customer
and the supplier clearly showing how the two interact.
The interaction enables the company to be able to increase its sales as well as be able to
market its products. There are two parts in the case study website namely, the frontend and the
backend respectively. The frontend is the part which the customers have direct control of and
acts as an avenue in which he or she interacts with the websites. Backend is the admin part where
he manages the accounts of the customers as well as the products needed by the buyers.
The report aim was to analyze the features of usability of the customer interaction with
the E-commerce System. This has been done by outlining some of the functionalities of the
website. This has been heightened by the creation of tasks to be performed by the members
involved in the research (participants). Task results were provided based on consistency,
visibility, look and feel, navigation and the system efficiency and ease of use (Nielsen, 2013).
The reports was also entitled to give a recommendation based on the results from the
participants. This will help in improving the usability of the Movie Store E-commerce Website.

Use Case
This E-commerce website has provided various ways through which it convinces the
visitors or viewers to buy their products and thus able to boost their daily sales. Some of the
functionalities provided by the website are such as the Registration of Customers, Login,
Products viewing, Product selection and order placement to the shopping cart. This website also
offers the provision of an in-depth detail of every product which is chosen by the customer and
hence this will enable the customer to have an understanding of the given product before its
added to the cart.
Notably, for a customer to make a successful purchase, he or she must be logged in to the
system using the MyAccount dashboard. In this case, the customer can be able to keep track of
the order status, viewing the history of maybe any completed orders, being able to edit and or
remove any existing address book, updating personal details in the account and finally being able
to view all the recently visited pages in the website. The customer after placing an order, he or
she will be able to make payment using the given modes of payments. The use case below has
been used to show how customers interact with the movie store E-commerce website.

As seen in the use case above, it is true that there exist so many ways in which the movie store
customers can navigate through the website and perform various tasks which indeed may need a
lot of time in analyzing all the functionalities. This is called for a need to have an evaluation
