Apart from this, certainmotivation techniques are being discussed which would assist in achieving goals of thedepartment. Understanding of cooperate properly with other employees those are operating to getbetter results for the company. The company used to provide wide range offresh fruits, vegetables, exotic goods and bakery items to various hotels, restaurants and nursinghome as well as schools. In order to get more reliable outcomes in near future time, it is vital todeal with all kind of obligations that are relies upon manager (Robbins and et. al., 2013). Tomake proper utilisation of various work ethics and culture, that assist A David & Co Limited toprepare their team to face any kind of issues those are relate with the department.1
It consists of various value and attitude that are needed to be implemented throughemployees in order to perform different types of functions in effective manner. It would assistformation of various suitable community and pleasant environment. Most of the factors is beingconsists of certain vision, norms, values and behaviour to get better outcomes in coming periodof time. The production manager is responsible forarranging necessary resources that are utilise while producing products in more effectivemanner.Market culture: A David & Co Limited is always trying to produce those are productswhich is more demanded in the market. Such as daily bread, Hobbs house, ingredientand fine foods. There are some other products those are use in daily ways is beingprovided by the company. All of them are available positively in order to satisfy desire ofcustomers.Politic: These are mainly related with various activities those are done by A David & CoLimited to acquire, formulate and make use of power as well as other resources to attain betteroutcomes (Suppiah and Singh Sandhu, 2011).
