This assignment explores the multifaceted nature of organizational behavior through an analysis of six scholarly articles and two online sources. The focus lies on understanding how perceived organizational justice (R., 2012), innovation management in creative industries (Hotho & Champion, 2011), workplace spirituality dimensions (Kazemipour & Mohd Amin, 2012), corporate pro-environmental behavior (Kellison & Mondello, 2012), organizational culture's influence on knowledge sharing (Suppiah & Singh Sandhu, 2011), and the relationship between job attitudes and organizational citizenship behavior (Teh & Sun, 2012) impact employee behaviors in different contexts.
