This determined the employment of the efficient employee to manage the work in an appropriate manner. ο·The work culture of Caris Bay Hotel is task oriented in which the employees are made to work in a team in an effective form (Galegher, Kraut and Egido, 2014). productivity level of Caris Bay Hotel. As the structure of Caris Bay Hotel is hierarchical and span of control is narrow. The entire structure of Caris Bay Hotel is centralized as the decision making power is handled by the single personnel and results in the delay of the work as the decisions are not made by the small level.Organisational structure plays an important role in monitoring the flow of communication in different levels and sectors as it entirely dependent upon the structure of the company while the culture of the Caris Bay hotel will help to make people comfortable at the workplace (Boons and LΓΌdeke-Freund, 2013). Through managing organisational structure, managing discipline at the workplace will be easy.
