INTRODUCTION
Personal and professional development is very important part of the human life to achieve
goals and objectives of business. This is very much important for develop personal and
professional skills, one can overcome various challenges which are arises at the work place.
Personal development is the process through which employees can enhance skills, qualities and
realize their dreams for working in better manner (Rimmer, 2018). In respect of that, report is
based on HR job role for small Indian restaurant chain. For that here will analysis the skills,
knowledge and behaviours require for HR manager job role. Further, carry out the SWOT
analysis of those skills for develop a professional plan to identify the needs of improvement. This
will also include the importance of continue professional learning and development by suing
different theories. At the end of report also analysis learning cycle theory for produce CPD by

On the basis of above assessment, it can be depicted that HR personnel of the business
unit must have knowledge about varied software related to recruitment & selection etc. In the
current times, with the motive to ensure smooth functioning of business activities
organization lays emphasis on employing different software (Gee, Schulte and Matsumoto,

2019). In this regard, HR who has knowledge about such aspects can carry out job
effectually. In addition this, HR should have knowledge about effectual training and
collaborative working practices so that proficient workforce can be created as well as
maintained.
It has also identified from evaluation that HR authority of the organization must
have ability in relation to identifying the requirement of human resources as per industry &
organizational trend. Further, concerned authority should have ability in relation to taking
risk and decision which in turn contributes in organizational growth as well as success.

for running business and establishing new Indian restaurant. HR manager assess with the various

requires for HR manager such as communication skills, organizational skill, time management,
decision-making skill, training and development and budgeting skills. Those are some common
skills which are most important for HR manager. Some of the others are as follows: Employees relation is very important skills because HR is one major person create
positive and effective environment of workplace. For gaining the success of restaurant is
requires good and strong employee relation. Performance management is another important aspect which is creates more
effectiveness for complete work through employees. HR manager manage complete
performance of employees and team. Multitasking, HR manager deals with various issues at the same time of work and they
are requires to takes decision for increase performance and growth of restaurant. Negotiation, is another aspect which is more important skills for HR manager for
working in better and effective manner (Gould, 2017). The successful HR pro can be find
an acceptable middle ground for the business. Conflict management and problem solving is very important skills for HR manager
because at the working place conflicts are creates on various level and between
employees. In that HR have skills to take fast and effective decision to solve problems by
using critical thinking.
