INTRODUCTION
Personal effectiveness is defined as the branch in which own skills and talents are being
utilised in order to make appropriate path for attaining goals and objectives for life. Personal
effectiveness is the aspect which is integrated with ideas of positive thinking. For big leaders
personal effectiveness is playing significant role in their success and inhaling prominence as
well. In order to perform with high efficacy personal effectiveness is the aspect which is helpful
