INTRODUCTIONDevelopment is one of indispensable element for very individual and organization forsurviving in this modern era. Basically personal-or-professional growth is a term which definesself upliftment which means enhancement of entire personality by improving learning skills. Infact according to this a person may develop their skills as well as polish their performance byattending different sessions and programmes (Avalos, 2011). Radisson blu is a one of leadinghotel in UK which is expanded in number of countries and popular for its services as well asattractive interior. This report is classified into three equal parts for highlighting the ability ofsales executive working in a multinational hotel and their roles or responsibilities towardscompany. Furthermore, assignment is going to identify needs of a executer for preparing adevelopment plan so that individual may enhance their skills. Later on, report throw some lightsfeedback which is given by different customer for reforming their plan as per demands andrequirements. I am working as a sales executive in a leadinghotel which is very famous for its services.
