Every corporation suffers from different issues at their work-locations that are created
due to several conditions which comes at different times. The various issues recognised by
Tesco are listed below:
Coordination between departments, management and workers: There are different
work based problem in Tesco. In the coordination is seen in all the members of
company such as employees, managers and several departments. It negatively
influences the manufacturing levels that greatly hampers the working of the enterprise
(Pillen, Beijaard and Brok, 2013). Due to this, time that is being taken has been
increased drastically. This incurs extra charges or cost. This problem should be
resolved and must be addressed in an effective manner.
Solution: There are several ways via which these issues can be solved that are
mentioned below:
Creation of communication channels: Tesco have create more effectual
communication strategies because it is very important to spread the relevant
information to all (Sabzian and Gilakjani, 2013). This can be done by using modern
technologies that are internet based. For example social media like Face book, twitter,
What's app, messengers, emails, video conferencing, etc. can be used to communicate
if the workers lies in distant locations. Employees have to go different places to attend

4.3 Effective time management strategies
Time management is very essential task of any organisation. Time must be used in
appropriate manner and all projects should be given exact time so it can be achieved before or
as per the allocated deadline. If product manufacturing and delivery is done after the deadline
then Tesco will lose the trust of their clients and they will fear in giving them order from next
time (Zakarevičius and Župerkienė, 2015). There are several types of time management
strategies that can be used by Tesco in order to effectively manages the time for different
activities. Some of them are described below:
Prioritization of task: All tasks should be classified on the basis of priority. The task
having the higher priority have to be done first in relation to other that has lower
priority.
Make sequence of work: The sequencing of work can be done in order to accomplish
the task before dead line. All tasks should be done according to sequence. One which
have to done first should be performed earlier in comparison to other tasks. The other
activities are done one by one.
Decentralisation of difficult task: The rigid tasks should be delegated among several
members of firm. This will reduce the work load and can be done appropriately.
Time distraction: Time should be divided for each task. This will enhance the working
of employees as they are working as per the time allocation (Hayward and et. al .,
2013). No task remains pending after a specific time. Workers have to carefully do
their jobs and should be completed it on priority basis.
Measure of time consuming tasks and take initiatives: The work that are taking large
amount of time should be identified and an initiative should be taken for that. They
are given more importance and should be completed firstly.

There is various target which are related with the personal and professional setting. These

individual working pattern get improved in specific time. These are basically for such
problems which not have complex nature and get attain as early as possible.

learning style that reflect various image of individuals such as visual that are related with
complete images and spatial understanding of an individual characters (Nicholls, 2014).
Another is aural which is associate with quality of communication that are being used to
