A. Hiring process
Hiring process is a very essential component of any given organization in the 21st century. An
organization with ineffective hiring process is most likely to face a lot of challenges that would
eventually lead to the weak human resource towards the organization. Maryland Technology
Consultants intends to employ new consultants who will have the ability to offer consultations
related to information technology in a timely and a professional manner. At the present situation,
the company is facing a big challenge of hiring consultants in a timely manner because of the
manual hiring process system in place. The manual process is so slow and thus it is not one of
the efficient methods. According to Waddell (2018) an integrated hiring system will enable
managers to easily access applications and sort them to quickly select qualified persons for this
reason, there is agreat need to adopt application software that would be used in hiring the
employees as first as possible. Therefore, the table below shows how the new system is going to
help in efficient hiring of employees.
