INTRODUCTIONEnhancement in core competencies as per targets which assist to determine a way, so thatit can stated as personal improvement. Fundamentally, professional development is much relatedto need of profession, thus people can improve their skills as well as knowledge with assist oftheir occupation. This report is based on Mayday university hospital, which is providing theirfacility in health and social care services in UK. Main purpose of this assignment is to determinevalues, ambitious, accuracy and so forth, thus people can support their work. Culture as well asexperience of workers can affect widely on this firm either directly or indirectly (Antheunis,Tates and Nieboer, 2013.). If manager create a development plan then it will assists staffmembers to enhance their values and as result of it they can improve their work quality. Alongwith this, if individuals work in group then it assists them to improve their work efficiency.Additionally, collective efforts as well as contribution of group people aids to expandeffectiveness of team.TASK 11.1 Personal values and principles to support working in health and social careIntrinsic conceptual factors which assist people to identify about beneficial, useful,positive as well as essential element as it will aid them in their work. These all beliefs cab berelated to smart work, honesty, trust and in addition discipline, it supports staff members at theirpremises, hence they can execute their task more effectively. Personal values are very essentialbecause it works as a core competencies so that they can do their work in an adequate quality.Along with this, it assist to identify work as well as style, thus they can do their activitiesappropriately (Beddoe, 2010). Principles which support working in social and health care are generally related withdetermination of mental illness as well as workers have to be capable so that they can giveproper respond. Along with this, it is must for staff member to know about mental status of theirpatients, therefore, they can render them proper treatment. Smart work of labour assist them toevaluate condition of their patients and with help of an effective medical group they can provideappropriate treatment to them. Other principle is to maintain safeguarding duties, so thatemployer can identify risk easily. As result to, workers can perform their task without anyproblem and in addition manage their manpower.1
