Weakness of interview process-As I was already know that there are some fact in which some questions can be tricky which was asked in the interview process. During the time of interview I was little bit feel shy and thinking about the future objectives in a proper manner. So some times, I loose my mind and little bit afraid from the interview process so that influenced my interview process. Therefore, my weakness is heavily impacted on me and I was not able to give proper answer in a perfect way (Miller, 2018). Therefore, I need to improve my habits and I have to develop my more and more skills in a good way so that I can increase my value in front of others as well as in the organisation in an effective manner.
