competence as well as skills. Along with this it will also include approaches which include
diverse skills, competences and learning. It will also mention about service range which is
required in particular job profile.

Continuous professional development (CPD) is a programme of developing, learning and
enhancing skills which makes a person energetic and conscious. In this programme the person
first learn and then apply the skills which they got while training and that reflect on their task.
This process has been divided into five stages in which first the manager makes plan according
to need that required in development, then train new skills and knowledge which further reflect
in learning by applying it and later on sharing with other members (Davey, 2013). This is a
