It’s headquarter is situated at McLean, Virginia, United State and it offertheir products as well as services at worldwide level. Topics which are included in this report areimportance of professional development and it will also include expectations of staffs forcompetence as well as skills. Along with this it will also include approaches which includediverse skills, competences and learning. It will also mention about service range which isrequired in particular job profile.TASK 1P1 Benefits of ongoing professional development for various stakeholdersContinuous professional development (CPD) is a programme of developing, learning andenhancing skills which makes a person energetic and conscious.
