Leadership style is considered as method or technique which is adopted
by leaders in order to provide direction, implement strategies or plan as
well as motivate employees (Leadership Styles, 2020). There are several
different leadership styles which a leader may adopt according their
requirement and need such as autocratic style, authoritative style,
democratic style, affiliative style, laissez faire style and many more. For
conducting respective report different big organizations are taken as
example because that will help in providing proper examples. That will
help in conducting evaluation in effective as well as appropriate manner.

Meaning of Leadership
Leadership is considered as the art of motivating group of
people so that they get encourage to act for attaining the common and
desire goal. in respect of business, leadership is considered as
technique or method which is adopted by leader for directing as well as
encouraging workers so that they work accordingly for meeting the
firm’s desire goal and target successfully skills which encompass the
abilities and capabilities of individual or company for leading
company, team and staffs properly for attaining the desire goal
successfully. In addition to this there are main five leadership skills
which is necessary to found in leader such as communication, honest
or integrity, relationship building, awareness, innovation or creativity
and many others skills.

Role of leader
In respect of every organization their leaders plays several roles through
which they able to attain their desire goal and objectives successfully, from
which some of the main leadership roles are mentioned below:-
Decision making – it is role of leader at the every firm that they need to take
some hard choice for the benefits of workplace, employees and organization
(Boukis and et. al., 2020). Be a leader it is essential that they must not afraid to
take any decision as well as at respective company leader also take decision
according to the employee’s performance which help in develop improvement
plans in effective manner.
