INTRODUCTION 1 Project goals, objectives and critical success factors :-Major objective of the project is to develop a Mobile app for rent a car business. Technology has changedways and medium for doing business and it is helping for making positive improvements in overall performance ofthe organization. It will aid for acquiring new customers for business and existing consumer base of the firm can beenhanced by making Mobile app for Rent a car business. Mobile app that will be developed will support for showingoff services of business to customers and it will also show opening times, drop off locations, car booking details andpick-up locations to customers.Objective of the project :- Major objective for present project is to develop mobile app for iphone andAndroid. 2 Project scopeMain purpose of the project :- Mobile app will be developed for Rent a car business so that faster andeffective services can be offered to the consumers of business. This mobile App will be used as a marketing tool sothat more number of consumers can be attracted towards selling the products and services. This Mobile app will bedeveloped with a purpose to create new offers and notify the clients about the offers to them so that their loyalty canbe gained. Mobile app that will be developed and designed for Rent a Car will be having some specific attributes andfeatures so that it can be used as an effective services. Different type of features will be added so thatapplicability of the mobile app can be enhanced. Some features that will be included in the mobile app willinclude services that are provided by Rent-a-car. Rich and wide information about services offered by thefirm will be mentioned. Use of description, images, videos and features will be taken so that applicability and effectiveness ofservices can be enhanced. Along with this Mobile app will also be used for Geolocating the drop-off andpick up locations so that clients can be informed about their present locations. Book form will also beadded and GPS locations will be tracked b y making use of this Mobile app (Wang, Zhao and Ning, 2017). It will also provide an effective medium for taking valuable feedback from the consumers so that positiveimprovements can be made in the existing performance of the organization. Push notification will be sent tothe clients and it will help ion making them aware about different services that are offered by the company. Mobile app will also provide an effective tool for collecting relevant and valuable information from theconsumers of business. Social networking sites such as Facebook, Youtube, Twitter and whatsapp will alsobe included so that online presence of the firm can be made fore strong. Mobile app will offer an effectiveand innovative platform for clients to contact the firm for availing the services. SPECIFIC Objective of the project :- Major objective for present project is to developmobile app for iphone and Android. MEASURABLE Overall project will be evaluated on specific parameters so that performance can3
be evaluated. ATTAINABLE Proper research has been conducted for determining the objective of the projectand it is possible for achieving this project.
