INTRODUCTION
Health and Social Care (HSC) sector works in order to ensure that patients are
administered with best quality services. Professionals of this sector encounter various
challenging behaviours that are posted by clients (Allemand, Steiger and Fend, 2015). In order to
manage the situations in proper way, it is necessary for HSC executive to use good interpersonal
and communication skills. The assignment includes legislations that have been developed by
government for measuring health & safety practices within organisations. Intervention tools and
practices used to promote positive behaviour are included in this project.

any kind of situation. It is an approach used to manage behaviour and alter behaviour patterns of

IESCAPE Acronym: It refers to a format that is used by the professionals of healthcare
organisation to check the well-being of individuals and teaching them new behaviour (Rego and
et.al., 2014). It includes steps which are as follows:
