INTRODUCTION The following report is based on scenario of Sim's hardware organisation. A new CEO is hired for the company. He has to develop new strategies and plans for achieving organisational goals and objectives within time (Herman, R.D., 2016). First part of this report includes reflection of CEO and this consists of questions related to organisational values, strategies and business objectives. ASSESSMENT 1 Project Report 1. How would you communicate with stakeholders about the organisational mission and goals, objectives, plans and strategies? Stakeholders are the most essential factors of business. Stakeholders include individuals, groups and organisations. These are impacted by result of a project. As it is important for the company to have loyal stakeholders, as the CEO of the company it is my duty to communicate vision, mission and objective of the company to stakeholders in an effective manner. The vision of Sim's Hardware is to offer innovative devices to people that ease daily activities of human beings. The mission of the company is to increase the revenue by selling innovative products. I have to communicate effectively to stakeholders about increasing revenue of the companyand earning more profits. As Sim's hardware is not able to maintain good reputation in market due to lack of communication, lack of accountability and lack of vision. Thus I will focus more on providing a clearand justified vision for the company. When stakeholders will have a positive mindset towards company then only reputation of company will be enhanced. I will provide clear instructions to employees for working hard to attain goals and aims in less time. Also proper customer analysis will be conducted to know what are the actual needs of customers.In this way I will be able to make effective strategy that will help in attaining organisational goals. 2. In an organisation, incidents and accidents are inevitable and it is duty of management to have proper way of managing this condition. I have to manage the incidents of the company with proper care as the reaction to incidents and the way of investigating has powerful effect on image of the organisation and perception of public for Sim's hardware.
5. How would you build and support teams in an organisation? This is very important factor for the organisation as this helps in increasing efficiency of the company. Team management is an effective part of the organisation. As the CEO of the company the major problem I am having is ineffectiveness of teams. I have decided to develop teams on the basis of abilities and skills. In every team, there will be individuals having different skills. Each team must be so effective that it work effectively to achieve organisational goals in given time. Good team management is the key to increase business revenue thus it is essential to develop and control teams (Smith, 2015). As per my strategy, Ihave decided to assign tasks according to ability of teams. This will help me to achieve desired goals in less time. 6. How will you develop and demonstrate the understanding of ever changing environmental in terms of technological advancement and globalisation? Change is inevitable and thus I have to make sure that my employees do not fear form organisationalchange. Team empowerment is an approach which will be used by me to develop employees. I will give authority to employees for making decisions. There are some employees who needs freedom and autonomy in their work, so this power for making decisions will provide a sense of achievement and accomplishment.This helps me to make employees develop their skills and become flexible and responsive to various business situations. This will help me in making my employees to work in a manner as they can make effective decisions. I will support all teams of the organisation so that they can work and achieve organisational goals.
