REPORT AND LETTER ON THE STORYBOARD PROJECT 2Executive Summary The StoryBoard Project is developed by the authors of the Byron Writer’s festival. The mainaim of the purpose of the study is to develop good learning as well as creative skills with thestudents of different age groups. Another purpose of the firm is to gather more funds for thegovernment as well as the private organizations so that the students can provided withnecessary essentials helping in the better development and growth. It also took the initiativeto increase the literacy and study rate within the country. However, the problem is tomotivate the students to study and write new things so that their creative as well as theleadership skills can develop. It is also difficult to maintain the financial budget of theorganization as they are not able to use the whole amount of money for the betterment of thestudents and the society. So, the problem of maintaining the financial budget is directlyaddressed to the organizations and the people who donated their money. It is difficult tomotivate the students without using modern and innovative techniques. They may or may notfeel encouraged in the absence of the proper guidance. Therefore, the outcomes are—Various kinds of workshops should be done to attract and retain the students byencouraging to learn new skills.The lack of skills and knowledge many stop the students to identify new opportunitiesfor the future growth and development and gain good success.The future of creative writing while writing novels, stories etc may deteriorate. The financial loss may increase leading to stagnant literacy growth rate (Bach, 2013). So, it can be recommended that educators, teaches as well as the college students should betargeted too as they also have good creative and learning skills. The workshops should beencouraging and attractive too. Project Purposes The storyboard is a project which is run by the leaders of the Byron Writer’s festival. Themain aim of the organization is to conduct various kinds of workshops for the school goingstudents and the small children. The workshops are conducted in various places along withschool premises. The students are encouraged to learn new skills and techniques as they willbe able to increase their conceptual, creative as well as leadership skills. Another mainpurpose of the storyboard firm is to motivate the students to complete their education so that

The third aim of the founders of the storyboard project is tocreate and develop the habit of reading various kinds of books within the students. They arealso trying to motivate the students so that the latter can improve their creativity, skills andknowledge and give their best and create a good future for themselves. The fourth purpose istrain the students in creative thinking and writing. They can run many creative workshops sothat the children of different age and income group can improve and inherit new talents(NSW, 2017). The five purpose is to use more innovative as well as modern techniques whileteaching the students as they will feel happy and encouraged to learn new kinds of things.They will feel confidence to reach their dreams. The final purpose is to collect more funds sothat they can provide good workshops to the students and encourage them to work for thebenefit of the society as well by using innovative ideas.Main Findings The main findings about the project are—The StoryBoard project is an initiative taken by the Byron Writers Festival group.The organization is a non-profit organization that works for the benefit and the well-being of the children and the society.The main aim of the organization is to motivate and encourage the students toimprove their creative thinking and also develop new skills so that they are able tomake their dreams and wishes successful in the future.It can also be seen that the firm also tends to increase the literacy rate of the countryas it will help the country as well as the different organisations to become strongfinancially.The StoryBoard Project mainly focuses on the primary and the high school studentsand encourages them to think and work more creatively.It can also be seen understood that another aim of the organisation is to increase theart of creative writing among the students.The firm also wants to develop within students the concept of reading various kinds ofnovels, stories etc (Park, 2012). In the first year, the firm received funds from various small, medium and large privateand public organizations such as Stroger Communities Program and Create NSW.The frim operates according to the calendar year to fulfil their targets and goals.
