Employability skills are effective process to achieve organizational goals and objectives.
The potential skills can able to grow the organizational development that is ensure the ability
employee to get effective goals and objectives. Employability skills can determine the efficiency
of the business to evaluate the problems regarding the work of the employees. It is based on the
ability and effective knowledge of the individual person to work effectively. In organization the
employees have effective skills to their successful job it can help to make appropriate strategy to
evaluate the business in effective manner (Rao, 2014). This report us based on the employability
skills which can define the different roles and responsibility of the employee as well as HR
manager which are performing the task of the organization to achieve goals and objectives in
appropriate manner to develop the growth of the enterprise as well as organization. This report
based on the Mark and Spencer which are describe the duties and responsibility of the HR
manager. It can help to resolve every hurdle in organization and between employees ans well as
manger . The main objective of the HR manager to develop the employees skills and ability to
attain the goals to enhance the performance of the company. In the below mentioned report had
been discuss about the all responsibility of the worker as well as manager.

As a HR manager I have to ensure to develop the personal appraisal of the employee in
organization. The performance of the employees can be effective for the organization program as
well work they have to identify their interest to done work effectively that can help to achieve
organizational goals and objective to develop the performance of the business to improve the
performance of the business entity (Rao, 2010). Employment legislation is a low full process
which can show the relationship between employer and employees. The important factor of the
em,employee legislation to improve the relation as well as rights of the employer in the
organization. In organization my responsibility to make sure the maintain performance of the
employee and give better an effective training program to enhance the knowledge regarding the
job. Employability skills have to effective to solve the problem regarding the job profile and
management process. In organization I have to make the effective process to influence the
worker to work in appropriate manner and disciplined manner to achieve the organizational

objectives and goals. The effective process of the organization can help to making effective
decision regarding the organizational process which is done by the employees. The main
objective of the company is enhance the profit and goodwill and fulfil customers needs and
wants to get appropriate goals in organization. In origination the motivational factor should be
included motivational of their employee to define efficiency regarding the works and task which
can help to establishment appropriate goals and objective to improve organizational performance
as well as goodwill in the market to attract the customers to increase the selling process.
Employability skills is more important in the process of attracting their customer in the company
buy the product and increase the profitability.
1.2 Effectiveness against defined objectives
In the organization to achieve the appropriate objective in a better process with the help
to roles and responsibility of the organization as well as manager of the company. The main
objective of the organization to attain objective and goals to develop the performance of the
enterprise. As a HR manager I have to provide tanning and motivation process to the employee
so that they can done their work effectively (Poon, 2012). In organization the important object is
enhance the performance as well as goodwill of the enterprise to evaluate the success and attract
the customers in the business. Effective goals and objective can help to develop the company
performance and employees work efficiency. effectiveness of the objectives can change the
process of the business to achieve the appropriate target. The goodwill of the organization is
more important to get success in the market so that the objective can be achieve easily. Profit
maximization have to improve the quality of the product as well as service which are provide to
the customers to full fill their needs and wants effectively. Better decision making process have
to able to improving the quality of the product in organization as well as marketplace. I have t
required to better and good knowledge of the employment law can help to maintain employee
relation that can improve performance appraisal to reach the target of the organization. It can
enhance the employee performance in organization to attained the objectives and improve
quality of the work which is done by the workers. Effectiveness of the objectives can determine
the efficiency of the organization process to develop customers needs and wants regarding the
particular process so that the business as well as organization get customers satisfaction
regarding the product to improve the image and quality of the goods and service in the market as
well as business enterprise.

In the organisation according to my own experience I have to involve effective skills and
knowledge which can improve the performance of the employee to get appropriate result in
business enterprise. I have to involve some techniques to improve the employees performance of
the worker as well as employee to develop their skills and activity regarding the job and work to
attain effective goals and objectives. Good communication skills of the employee can help to
determine the effective objective in the organization which is improve the employees
performance regarding the job (Panagiotakopoulos, 2012). Organization have to established the
target which is evaluate by the employees to get sustain result with the help to effective training
and development process that is provide to the employees to done their work effectively.
Organization should be involve some motivational classes and event to motivate their employees
in time to time that can help to get effective goals and objective that can help to improve the
performance of the business entity.

In the organization there are some effective techniques help to improving the
performance of the employees as well as it can show the effective product quality to enhance the
productivity and profitability of the organization:

employees in effective manner to achieve the target of the company. The organization can be
increase motivation with the help to incentive and reward system to evaluate the employees work
effectively so that they can achieve predetermine target and enhance the performance in positive
way. Incentive can be included the cash price, gift voucher and reward system to improve the

attain the objectives. Effective goals can help to motivate to the worker of the company to
increase their working quality to get more success in the market and business process.
Recognize achievements- in the organization the motivation factor is important to improve the
performance of the employee and also motivate regarding the work. Recognized achievement is
define the award system to motive their employee in effective manner with the help to declare

the employee of the month so that the employees have to motivate regarding the work an
performance it can help to achieve the appropriate goals to improve organization performance

positive relation with the manager ans employee to improve their performance and increase the
quality of the services which is provide to the customers to fulfil their needs and wants.
Communication is a essential part of the every organization to convey the effective and
important information to one person to another so that it can show the process to how to behave
with other employees and customers.
Body structure- body structure is a important part of the solving the problem. The human body
language have to be effective to express the the information to resolve their problem which can
create hurdle in attaining the target of the company. Employees have to do their work in effective
manner in a work place to evaluate the target of the business and also attract the customers to use
the service in effective way (Lerman, 2013).
Responsiveness of work- responsiveness of work is also effective process to solve the problem
in work place that can help to increase the productivity and profitability in company. In

in the business.

can help to improve the quality of the product as well as performance of the organization. It

speak and to listen. In the organization there are some various level of communication:

to identify the specific process to improve the quality of the products as well as performance of

organization to achieve the effective objectives and goals in a less time of period. The important
factor to resolve the problem of team management that is bug problem in every organization. It

is a set of the effective solution to define the cause of the hurdle. There are some elements to
developing the solution to problem:
Survey- the survey of the problem in more important for the resolve the team management in the
Mark and Spencer. The survey process have to determine the structure of the organizational
