INTRODUCTION:For keeping, getting and being successful in a job, some skills are needed andthose skills are employability. Employability skills plays a key role in employee's aswell as organization's growth. But it is considerable that every job needs different kindof job roles and responsibilities and consequently, different kind of employability skillsare required. Here, in this section the roles of employability skills on HR managersection has been explained. Also, the ways of improvement of employability skills areexplained in the current scenario. Further, work based problems with solution is alsodiscussed in this study.TASK 11.1 Develop a set of own responsibilities and performance objectivesWith a view of a HR manager job, there are some specific roles andresponsibility required to be attained in efficient manner and these functions mightaffect the operational system of organization. Being a HR manager, my functions andresponsibilities are related to the effective recruitment in case when firm is planing toenlarge its business, assessing the need of resources at the time of development of firm,enhancing skills and abilities of workers, etc. Ability tests and effective interviewsessions for candidates should be conducted to hire skilled and deserving person. It issignificant for me to conduct some really good training programs to boost up theabilities of employees. Also, I need to plan different activities which involves theimprovement of organization. There are different important steps which are necessary for employees to attainachieve their goals. It includes a proper communication channel between thedepartments and within the employees so that information can be shared effectively.Also, my way of communicating with the different level of employees of organizationshould be appropriate and effective. I should plan some activities which includecommunication between lower level employees and high level authorities to attain theset goals of company. Ahead, the performance objectives are related to satisfaction ofemployees. Further, I should introduce organization with the advanced technologywhich will help in boosting up our performance.

1.2 Own effectiveness against defined objectivesAs a HR manager, I have been able to justify my job role by providing effectivecontribution in the growth of Tasco. And, according to the recent performanceassessment it was evaluated that my performance was effective. My major strengthincludes effective recruitment procedure, which is a key factor in development of anorganization. I have clear goals towards success. I take roles and responsibilities givento me by high level authorities and attain them on time, thus I have good timemanagement skills, which makes me a quality employee. Further, I have ability to createcommunication link between high level employees and low level operational team.Moreover, I execute various activities like ability tests, skill tests and variousdevelopment training which makes the operational system of the firm better. Thus, inthis way, I am efficient enough to justify with my roles and responsibilities. But, there are still some areas on which I should work for more effectiveperformance and the major among them is presentation skill. I lack this quality. I am notmuch good in representing myself properly before high level authorities. Also, I shouldwork on my monitoring skills. It is very crucial to direct the underneath employeesproperly. Further, I should gain some more technical knowledge for effective work tojustify my job role. By improving my lacking areas, I will be able to achieve success. 1.3 Make recommendations for improvementIn order to improve my presentation skills, I should attend seminars and conductthem in my organization too. Also, various personality development programs will alsohelp in improving my presentation skills. Further, with the help of books and journals onpresentation skills, this lacking area can be improved. By observing candidates withgood presentation skills in all the training programs, conferences and meetings couldhelp- me to a greater extent in improving my presentation skills. Also, I should work onmonitoring skills, as appropriateness in directing the employees makes you a betterleader. For attaining better monitoring, a bit strictness is required for making operationalteam more effective.
