INTRODUCTION
Compliance with the regulatory requirement is mandatory for the organisation operating in
the industry. There are various laws and regulations which are formulated for operating the
business. This assignment will be based on Foodora Group of Hotels which is going to start its
operation on the Sea Shores. The new foodora ocean bar and restaurant will operate 7 days a week,
providing breakfast, lunch and dinner. It provides seating for 150 guests. This study will include

improvement
Documentations are required to compliance any rules or regulations in the business as they
provide proper informations regarding all the policies, rules and regulations to be complied by the
firm.
For the purpose of compliance rules in the business, organisation can maintain a document
of policy as it shows a detailed information about the policy of firm. It can be termed as a driver of
whole operational system of the business.
Maintenance of document containing laws applicable to it helps the management in framing

strategies for the entity ensuring that no legal non compliance occurs in the business. Company may
also use documents containing structured responsibilities of all the members through which
performance of the employees can be managed properly (Documentation In a Safety and Health
Management System, 2019).
Foodora can also use its audited reports which shows overall compliance of rules and
regulations in the business organisation for the purpose of ensuring compliance and also
improvement in the company.
All these documentations can be managed by administration of Foodora by forming a team
in this regard, so that adherence to all the rules are applied. Maintains a software for the same and
keeping all the records online in soft form can helps them in managing documents properly.
CONCLUSION
From the above report it has been concluded that, Foodora has a better management of
complying rules and regulation within the premises. Being a food business entity, it has compliance
all the laws related to food safety which has helped it in maintaining hygiene of food and also food
handler in the premises. All the responsible person in the firm has also communicated there
responsibilities and duties to be performed by them. Hotel has complied all the rules and regulation
applicable to it to prevent itself from the legal proceedings. Business has also developed a system
through which it ensures all the operational compliances in the firm. It has also developed strong
communication system to enhance the effectiveness of communicating changes in the firm's policy
to its employees and also maintains all the documents which help it in ensuring the compliances and
detecting the needs of improvement in order to enable the restaurant in smooth running of its
business operations.
