The equality and diversity is one of the important component in current market because these
days, there are many issues which rise because of it. There is complete and specific
information with employees, so it is important to understand and determine it properly. When
change in business activities operations are conducted and performed activities properly. This
topic is specific and relevant for understanding changes properly because there is change in
working policies which assist in completing the task properly. There are some policies which
assist in making long term relations with consumers. This topic improves knowledge of
researcher about managing diversity, then it will be easy for people to determine and
understand changes properly.

Cultural diversity in the association
Cultural diversity indicates to providing opportunities to individuals which are from different
religions but have equal rights and opportunities for completing the task. These both terms are
different but with maintaining it, managers of association get make good image in industry
because they have employees from different geographical regions but skilled and talented. So
it is important to maintain equality among them. According to Amadeo K.(2020), cultural
diversity is when population differences are well represented within a community. It consist
race, ethnicity, age, gender, ability, language, religion etc. It is beneficial to workplace
because it drives innovation and creation in the company which help in growth and
development of the firm as well maximise profit and productivity.
Strategies of managing cultural diversity at workplace of Aston Martin
Accordant to Leonard K. (2019), in an working environment, there are number of employees
are performing their roles and responsibilities. These employees are belong from different
nations so they use different languages, follow different culture etc. So to manage cultural
diversity at workplace, there are different strategies which can be adopt and follow by the

management of the company. Some of them are mentioned as below:
By understanding cultural difference and practising effective communication in term
of using a common language at workplace so that the issue related to languages of
communication among workers can be minimise.
Developing policies that work in unison with the ethics and values of the firm. The
management of the organisation can develop diversity policies that must be accessible
to follow within the company.
By involving employees in each activity of the company so that they can understand
change, adjust with new and existing policies and do their work effective manner.
Impact of cultural diversity on productivity of Aston Martin
